Privacy Commissioner Publishes an Article on “Guidance on the Ethical Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence” at Hong Kong Lawyer

The Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Ms Ada CHUNG Lai-ling, published an article at Hong Kong Lawyer to introduce the “Guidance on the Ethical Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence” (Guidance). Please click here to read the article.

The Guidance, which was published by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in August, helps organisations understand and comply with the relevant requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance when they develop or use AI.
