If you would like to arrange for your organisation to learn more about the Ordinance and personal data protection, as well as data security measures and data breach handling procedure to reduce the risk and harm caused by the data breach, you can make a request for an in-house seminar. Please fill in the form below.

Personal Information Collection Statement

Please provide the information on the form for the PCPD’s handling of your request for in-house seminar.

You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by the PCPD. Request for access or correction of personal data should be made in writing to the Data Protection Officer at the address: Room 1303, 13/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Remarks:

  1. Seminar requests must be made at least 6 months in advance.
  2. At least 30 participants are required for each seminar.
  3. Honorarium of an in-house seminar is HK$5,500 per session. Please note that the honorarium is non-refundable.
