This PCPD has designated Senior Personal Data Officer (Corporate Support) as the Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring requests for access to information are properly dealt with in accordance with specific procedures.

Requests for information or records held by the PCPD may be made by letter or application form. The application forms are obtainable in our office at 13/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The application should be addressed to:

Other than publications which are available free of charge, or at cost specified, photocopying charge (in black and white on A4 or A3 size paper) of HK$1 per copy will be levied. The charge may be subject to revision.
