中小企網上自學課程
Online Training Module for SMEs
為協助資源有限的中小企了解《個人資
料（私隱）條例》（「條例」）的規定及應
用，公署製作了一套網上自學課程。
這工具以不同的業務功能向中小企解釋
條例的規定，並提供在日常工作中為依
從條例規定的一些實用提示（如人力資
源、直接促銷、資訊科技及保安及外判
/ 轉移個人資料予第三者等）。中小企亦
可透過互動問答測試對條例的認知。完
成課程後，中小企可自行制定其私隱計
劃，並會得到一份分析其機構如何處理
個人資料和提供建議的報告。
此外，公署自 2015 年 4 月起為中小企舉
辦講座，介紹這套切合中小企需要的網
上自學課程。公署將與工業貿易署、香
港生產力促進局的中小企一站通、香港
貿易發展局中小企服務中心等機構合作
舉辦這類講座。

enterprises (“SMEs”), which are often

The PCPD gave an introductory briefing on the
online training module, which enhances SMEs’
understanding of how to comply with the
Ordinance.
自學課程概覽
Overview of the self-training module
the Ordinance by different business
functions and includes practical tips
on privacy compliance in their day-to-
day operations (e.g. human resources,
d i r e c t m a r k e t i n g , i n f o r m a t i o n
technology security and outsourcing/
transferring personal data to third
parties). The kit also enables SMEs to
test their knowledge of the Ordinance
through an interactive quiz. Upon
completion of the course, SMEs should
have enough information to build
their own privacy plan. They would
receive a report on how they are
currently handling personal data, with
suggestions and recommendations.
The PCPD has also organised seminars
since April 2015 to give an introductory
briefing on the online training module,
tailored to meet the needs of SMEs. The
PCPD will collaborate with the Trade
and Industry Department, SME One of
the Hong Kong Productivity Council,
the SME Centre of the Hong Kong Trade
Development Council, and others to
organise the seminars.
