Reaching a Win-Win Solution

Central to CLP’s success has been our firm commitment to a set of business principles and ethics that help drive our company forward. From a business practitioner perspective, Elaine will share her win-win strategy for building an accountability framework for data protection and how to effectively implement a privacy management programme. She will also focus on the importance of setting the right values and fostering the “beyond compliance culture” within the organisation, the need to establish two-way conversations with the front-line and leveraging on technology tools for cyber security and data loss prevention.
