About the Conference
This one-day conference, entitled “Privacy Protection in Corporate Governance” will provide a rich programme of the theories and practices on PMP with a varied mix of feature presentations and panel discussions. Participants should be able to pick up practical advice from local and overseas privacy professionals on how to build and maintain a PMP within their own organisations.

Redemption of Complimentary Books
A redemption coupon is inserted in your badge holder and each of the participants is entitled to one complimentary set of copies. Please present your coupon to the redemption counter which is situated at the Foyer of Level 4, HKCEC (outside the main conference venue) as the following schedule:

Name Badge
Please wear your name badge at all time during the Conference. The badge will allow your admission to the Conference and lunch. Entry without a badge may be denied.

In order not to delay the proceedings of the Conference, we specially request your cooperation to be punctual.

Personal Property
Please take good care of your personal belongings. Do not leave them unattended. Neither the host of the Conference nor their staff will be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the Conference venues.
Photography
Delegates and participants should be aware that the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) and others may be taking photographs during this Conference in public areas. The PCPD may use such photos in PCPD publications.
