Telling a Good Hong Kong Story – Privacy Commissioner Meets with Chief Executive of Singapore Academy of Law

Mr YEONG Zee-kin, the Chief Executive of the Singapore Academy of Law and the former Deputy Commissioner of the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore, visited the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) today and met with the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (Privacy Commissioner), Ms Ada CHUNG Lai-ling, and representatives of the PCPD.

During the meeting, the Privacy Commissioner and Mr Yeong discussed a wide range of topical personal data privacy issues, particularly in the light of the challenges posed by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. They also shared the respective work of the PCPD and the Singapore Academy of Law, with a view to fostering the connection and cooperation between the two organisations.
