Privacy Commissioner Mr Stephen Wong attended the "2nd Finance Summit" organised by the "Master Insight" (8 January 2020)

Privacy Commissioner Mr Stephen Wong was invited by the "Master Insight" to attend the "2nd Finance Summit" on 8 January 2020. He joined the panel discussion moderated by veteran banker Mr Chan Fung-cheung. Together with Deputy Chief Executive of Hong Kong Monetary Authority Mr Yuen Kwok-hang, Chairman of WeLab Virtual Bank Mr Chan Ka-keung and Director of Hong Kong, Macao & Cross-border Financial Affairs of Tencent Ms Chau Chung-kei, the Privacy Commissioner shared perspectives on the risks brought about by technology applications and artificial intelligence to personal data privacy in the Fintech context.

The Summit was officiated by the Financial Secretary Mr Chan Mo-po.
