Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Bill 2021 (the Bill) was introduced into the Legislative Council for first reading and second reading on 21 July 2021. The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Erick TSANG Kwok-wai, IDSM, JP, moved the second reading of the Bill at the meeting.
